Frequently Asked Questions:

1) How do I compare measurements from my old register to your registers?
Our registers are listed for the hole size that they fit into. For instance, our 4x12s are made to fit into a hole with the dimensions of 4 inches by 12 inches. This means that you shouldn't measure your old register at all, just the hole your old register came out of.

2) Do you manufacture custom sized registers / vents?
No, we are a online distributor of registers. We do not make or have any association with any company that makes custom registers / vents.

3) Do you have a catalog of your products or products that aren't listed here on this site?
Unfortunately, due to high printing costs, we do not offer catalogs at this time. All products available through us, are listed on this website.

4) I like your wooden flush-mount registers. Can they be used after my floor has been installed?
No, our wooden flush mount registers are made to be installed at the same time as your hardwood floor. They have grooves on the outside, so they connect with your hardwood floor, which means you cannot use them with any other type of flooring.

5) I ordered registers from you, but they are not the color I thought they would be. Why is This?
All monitors show colors differently, and have different settings. This means that a product may look lighter / darker or a slightly different color than what you see on your monitor. Please keep this in mind when you order. If you're ordering a lot of registers, you may want to order just 1, to see if it's going to be what you want.

6) I'm looking for a register for my wall / ceiling, in a color other than white. What registers can I use?
All of our 6 inch floor registers have screw holes in them. Just unscrew the caps located on the backside of the faceplate, and install the register using these holes. All other floor registers may be used in your wall / ceiling, but you will have to drill your own holes.

7) I ordered some Zoroufy registers along with other registers, but they weren't in the package. Where are they?
Zoroufy registers are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. They will arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order, within a day or two of your other package.
