Decorative Air Return Wall Grille - Pattern A

These decorative air return wall grilles by Pattern Cut, Inc come in 26 different designs. They are manufactured from 100% laminated birch hardwood with a veneered face. You can add style to any room with a Pattern Cut decorative air return wall grille. You have your choice between three veneers: oak, maple or cherry. If you anticipate on painting the grille, the manufacturer recommends the maple veneer. These decorative air return grilles, however, can be painted to match your walls or stained to match your trim. They come sanded and ready for you to finish however you'd like. On top of the 56 different sizes these wall grilles come in, Pattern Cut, Inc also offers custom sizes. How To Order a Decorative Air Return Wall Grille by Pattern Cut, Inc

- Measure your wall opening (Width x Height) in inches.
- Go to the drop down menu that says "Size/Price" and select the size you measured (if the hole in your wall is 12" wide x 6" high, select the size 12 x 6).
- Hint: The overall faceplate dimensions of the decorative air return wall grille will be 1 3/4 inches larger than the size listed. Example: 12" x 6" duct opening will have a faceplate size of 13 3/4" x 7 3/4".
- In the drop down menu that says "Screw Holes" you'll want to select "Screw Holes" if you want your wall grille to come with pre-drilled screw holes or "No Screw Holes" if you'd prefer to drill your own holes to match up with existing screw holes in your wall.
-The grille is made of baltic birch with a faceplate thickness of approximately 1/4" thick.
-In the final drop down menu that says "Wood Type" you'll be able to make your choice between an oak veneer, maple veneer, or cherry veneer (The core will always be birch hardwood).

These wood grilles are made to order and may take 3-5 weeks to ship. They are considered special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once we receive payment.

You also have the option of purchasing a Metal Damper that works in conjunctions with these decorative air return wall grilles. The damper will allow you to control the air flow, keeping it open, closed, or angled.
