Pattern Cut Wood Return Wall Vent - Pattern X

Pattern Cut wood return wall vents have intricate designs. You have the option of choosing between 26 different patterns. These wood return wall vents are cut by a laser leaving accurate and identical parts. We offer 56 standard sizes on our website, if you do not see the size or shape you need, give us a call at 800-504-5989 and we'll quote you a price for a custom size. These wood return grilles are constructed from 1/4" Birch ply and have a veneer face of Maple, Oak, or Cherry. They are shipped to you sanded and ready to be either stained or painted.

We also offer an Adjustable Damper which works in conjunction with 21 sizes of Pattern Cut wall vents. This damper allows you to adjust the air flow keeping it open, closed, or angled. It can be adjusted with a screwdriver rather than disassemling the entire grille and it is easy to install. Simply insert the damper into the duct before installing the Pattern Cut grille over it.

The wood Pattern Cut Grilles have a lead time of 3-5 weeks to ship because they are cut to order. They are also a special order, non-returnable item and cannot be canceled once payment is received.

How to Order Your Wood Return Wall Vent

- Remove your existing wall vent and measure the size of the duct opening in your wall (Width" x Height").
- Select your size in the first drop down menu titled "Size/Price".
Example: If the hole in your wall measures 20" wide and 10" tall you will need to order the 20 x 10 wall vent.
Hint: The overall size of the grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct (21 3/4" x 11 3/4" in our example).
- Determine if you'd like your wood return grille to come with screw holes and select your choice in the second drop down menu titled "Screw Holes".
Hint: If you need to match up with pre-existing screw holes, you'll probably want to select "No Screw Holes" and drill your own.
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like the face of your grille to have between Oak, Maple, or Cherry and select it in the final drop down menu titled "Wood Type".
Reminder: The wood type you select only refers to the face of the grille. The core will always be Baltic Birch.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends selecting the Maple veneer if you plan to paint the grille.
