Replace your old, moldy, rusty metal filter grille with these Decorative Wood Filter Grilles! These grilles are made from 100% laminated birch hardwood with a veneered faceplate. Your choice between oak, maple or cherry unfinished veneers. If you are planning on painting your filter grille the manufacturer recommends you use the maple veneer. Each grille includes a filter frame which is installed in the opening. A dark blue 1" filter is also included with purchase as well as a removable filter door that is held into place with brass thumb screws and all hardware needed for installation.
The wood Pattern Cut Filter Grilles have a lead time of 3-5 weeks to ship because they are cut to order. They are also a special order, non-returnable item and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
How to Order Your Return Air Grille Cover
- Remove your existing grille and measure the size of the duct in inches (Width x Height).
- In the first drop down menu, select the corresponding size.
Example: If your duct measures 30" wide x 20" tall, you will want to order the 30 x 20 grille cover.
Hint: The overall faceplate of the gille will be 2" larger than the duct (32" x 22" for the last example).
- Decided which wood veneer you'd like the face of your grille to have.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends ordering Maple if you plan to paint the grille.
- In the final drop down menu select either "Oak", "Maple", or "Cherry".
These filter grilles are intended to be used in the wall and ceiling only.
