Register wall clips can be used to hold floor registers onto walls. The floor registers that work with this option are indicated on the specific product page for that register. These handy wall clips are a great alternative for turning indicated floor registers into wall registers. Vent air filters and cleaning brushes also available.
 

Single sided foam tape secures vent ducts into odd sized openings. This adhesive foam tape can be placed on the dampers of vents to add some extra girth. Sold in a 17 foot roll.
