Regarding measurements:  Please ensure you are measuring the actual size of the floor hole into which this vent will be placed.  In order to have the correct vent size, please do not measure the faceplate of the old grille.  For instance, if floor hole size is 12 x 24 inches, purchase a 12 x 24 inch grille.

Heavy Gauge Floor Return Dimensions:

Grille drops into the hole opening approximately 3/4 inch and has a thickness of approximately 3/16 inch.  Faceplate dimensions are 13 13/16 x 25 13/16 inches.
