Use this floor return air grille to cover your 4 x 30 inch floor opening. This large floor grille is made of durable steel construction. Installation of this large floor grille is easy to do. Place into hole opening and you are done. The lip surrounding the air vent will sit on top of the floor holding in place.  

Also available are heavy duty registers, which have an adjustable damper to allow for complete air flow control.

Regarding measurements:  Please ensure you are measuring the actual size of the floor hole into which this product will be placed.  Do not measure faceplate dimensions.  For example, if floor hole size is 4 x 30 inches, please purchase a 4 x 30 inch grille.

Heavy Gauge Floor Return Dimensions:

The grille will drop into the hole opening approximately 3/4 inch and has an overall faceplate thickness of 3/16 inch.  Faceplate dimensions are 5 13/16 x 31 13/16 inches.  See enlarged photo for vent measurements and details.
