The laser can cut material at the speed of light, creating accurate and identical parts. The versatility of these grilles can accentuate any decor. You have the option of choosing between Cherry, Oak, or a Maple veneered face. Any choice, however, will have a 1/4" thick Baltic Birch hardwood core. If you plan on painting the grille, it is recommended you select the maple veneer. They are shipped sanded and ready for you to finish. These grilles are available in 56 sizes, custom sizes and shapes are also available upon request. Call 800-504-5989 for a custom quote.
Pattern Cut Grilles are cut to order, lead time is 3-5 weeks to ship. These wood grilles are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once we receive payment.
These wooden grilles are measured by the size of the duct opening in your wall. You'll want to measure your return air duct opening width x height. For example, if your duct opening is 10" wide x 6" high you would order a 10 x 6 return air grille. The actual faceplate of the grille will then be 1 3/4" larger (in this example the faceplate will be 11 3/4" x 7 3/4").
These Return Air Grilles are not meant to be used in the floor.
These grilles can also be transformed into adjustable sidewall / ceiling registers by purchasing the Damper. The damper is available in 21 different sizes and will allow you to adjust the air flow.
