Return Air Grille Cover - Pattern G

These Pattern Cut return air grille covers are constructed from a 1/4" thick Baltic Birch hardwood. You can choose between an Oak, Maple, or Cherry veneered face for your return air grille cover. These grilles can be painted or stained and come in 26 different designs. They are shipped to you sanded and ready to be finished. Each grille cover is cut by laser creating intricate and identicle parts. We offer 56 different sizes of Pattern Cut return air grilles, if you don't see your size listed call 800-504-5989 for a quote. These return air grille covers can also be transformed into adjustable wall registers by purchasing the Adjustable Damper that comes in 21 of the Pattern Cut sizes.

These beautiful wood vents are made to order, they should ship in 3-5 weeks. Pattern Cut Grilles are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.

How to Order Your Pattern Cut Return Air Grille Cover

- Measure your duct opening (w" x h")
- In the drop down menu titled "Size/Price" select the size that you measured.
Ex: If your duct measured 12" wide x 6" high select 12 x 6 in the drop down menu.
Hint: The actual faceplate of the grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct size.
- Decide whether or not you'd like screw holes pre-drilled in to your grille.
Tip: If you need screw holes to match up with preexisting screw holes, you'll want to screw you own.
- In the drop down menu titled "Screw Holes" select your option.
- Decide which wood veneer you'd like your grille to have. You have the choice between Oak, Maple, or Cherry.
Tip: If you're going to pain your grille, the manufacturer recommends choosing the Maple veneer.
- In the drop down menu titled "Wood Type" select either Oak, Maple, or Cherry.

These grilles are not meant to be used in the floor.
