They have a furniture grade face veneer of either Cherry, Maple, or Oak. They are shipped to you sanded and ready to be finished. These vent covers can be stained to match your trim or painted to match your walls.

An Adjustable Damper is also available in 21 of the Pattern Cut sizes. This damper allows you to adjust the air flow with a screw driver. To install, simply place the damper into the duct before installing the Pattern Cut grille over it.

How to Order Your Decorative Return Air Vent Cover

- Measure the size of your duct opening in the wall or ceiling in inches (Width x Height).
- Under the drop down menu titled "Size/Price" select the corresponding size.
Example: If the hole in your wall measures 20" wide by 12" tall, you would need to order the 20 x 12 vent cover.
Hint: The faceplate of the grille will measure 1 3/4" larger than the duct (21 3/4 x 13 3/4" in the last example).
- Determine if you'd like your decorative return air grille to come with screw holes.
Hint: If you need to match up with pre-existing screw holes you'll probably want to drill your own.
- Under the drop down menu titled "Screw Holes" select either "Screw Holes" or "No Screw Holes".
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like the face of your grille to have.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends the Maple if you plan to paint your grille.
Reminder: The wood type you select only refers to the face of the grille. The core of the grille will always be Birch.
- Under the drop down menu titled "Wood Type" select either cherry, maple, or oak.
