Pattern Cut Decorative Wood Return Grille - Pattern Z

Replace your old, moldy, rusty metal filter grille with these Decorative Wood Filter Grilles! These grilles are made from 100% laminated birch hardwood with a veneered faceplate. Your choice between oak, maple or cherry unfinished veneers. If you are planning on painting your filter grille the manufacturer recommends you use the maple veneer. These come sanded and ready for you to finish them however you would like. Can't find the size you're looking for? No problem! Just call us at 1-800-504-5989 and get a quote!
 
Each grille includes a filter frame which is installed in the opening. A dark blue 1" filter is also included with purchase as well as a removable filter door that is held into place with brass thumb screws and all hardware needed for installation. 

The decorative wood filter grilles are meant for the wall and ceiling only. They are not intended to be used in the floor.

How to Order Your Decorative Wood Return Grille

- Measure the size of your duct opening in inches Width x Length.
- In the first drop down menu titled "Size/Price" select the corresponding size.
Hint: The faceplate of the return grille will be 2" larger than the duct measurement.
Example: If the hole in your wall measures 12" wide and 6" tall, you will need to order the 12 x 6 grille. The faceplate of the grille will then be 14" wide by 8" tall.
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like your decorative wood return grille to have.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends choosing Maple if you plan to paint your grille.
Reminder: The wood you select only refers to the face of the grille. The core will always be Birch.
- Select your choice in the final drop down menu titled "Wood Type".

Pattern Cut Filter Grilles are cut to order, lead time is 3-5 weeks to ship. These wood grilles are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
