Decorative Return Air Wall Grate - Pattern I

Decorative return air wall grates by Pattern Cut, Inc have beautifully cut designs. You can choose between 26 different laser cut designs. These wall grates for your return air can be stained to match your trim or painted to match your walls. Pattern Cut decorative return air grilles come sanded and ready for you to finish however you'd like. These decorative return air wall grates are constructed from 1/4" thick Baltic Birch hardwood and have a Cherry, Oak, or Maple furniture grade veneer face. You also have the option of purchasing the Adjustable Damper if you need to control the air flow. This damper comes in 21 sizes and is simply inserted into the duct before installing the grille.

These wood grilles are made to order and may take 3-5 weeks to ship. They are considered special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.

How to Order Your Decorative Return Air Wall Grate

- Measure the hole in your wall (w" x h")
- In the first drop down menu select the size you measure.
Ex. If your hole measure 12" wide x 6" high, select 12 x 6.
Hint: The actual faceplate of the grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the hole (in the previous example the grille would measure 13 3/4" x 7 3/4")
- Determine if you want screw holes drilled in your grille or if you'd prefer to drill them yourself.
Hint: If you need to match up the screw holes in the grille to preexisting screw holes in your wall, you'll want to drill your own.
- In the second drop down menu select either "Screw Holes" or "No Screw Holes".
- Choose which wood veneer you want the face of your grille to be.
Hint: If you plan to pain the grille, the manufacturer recommends choosing the Maple veneer.
- In the final drop down menu select your wood choice.

These decorative return air wall grates are meant to be used on the wall and ceiling only. They are not strong enough to be used on the floor.
