***Hint: Use the actual hole size and not the existing metal wall return faceplate when ordering. For a hole/opening size of 8" x 12", you would need to purchase an 8" x 12" metal return. Faceplate dimensions of these custom metal grilles are 2 7/16 inches larger than the interior measurements.
