Pattern Cut decorative wood return grilles come in a variety of designs and sizes. These decorative wood return grilles can also be custom made to your specifications. These decorative wood grilles are cut by a laser, vaporizing material at the speed of light and leaving accurate and identical cuts. They are cut from 1/4" thick Baltic Birch hardwood. The face of the grille has a beautiful furniture grade veneer of your choice between Cherry, Oak, or Maple. They are shipped to you sanded and ready for you to paint or stain to your preference.

Also available is an Adjustable Damper which works in conjunction with 21 sizes of Pattern Cut grilles. This damper allows you to control the airflow without disassembling the unit. To install the damper, simply insert it into the duct work before installing the Pattern Cut decorative wood return grille over it.

Pattern Cut Grilles are cut to order, lead time is 3-5 weeks to ship. These wood grilles are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.

How to Order Your Decorative Wood Return Grille

- Determine what size of return grille you need by measuring the size of your duct opening in inches Width x Height.
- Under the first drop down menu titled "Size/Price" select the size that you measured.
Hint: The overall size of the return grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct.
Example: If the hole in your wall measures 24" wide and 12" tall you will want to order the 24 x 12 grille. The faceplate of that grille, will then be 25 3/4" x 13 3/4".
- Determine whether or not you'd like screw holes pre-drilled into your grille and select your choice in the second drop down menu.
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like the face of your decorative wood grille to have and select it in the final drop down menu.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends selecting the Maple veneer if you plan to paint the grille.
Reminder: The wood veneer you select only refers to the face of the grille. The core of the grille will always be Birch.
