Pattern Cut Decorative Return Air Wall Grate - Pattern P

Replace your old, rusted out metal filter grille with the beautiful Pattern Cut Filter Grilles! The wood on these grilles is made from 100% laminated birch hardwood with a veneered faceplate. It is your choice between three different veneers; oak, maple or cherry. If you are planning on painting the grille the manufacturer does recommend you go with the maple veneer. These come sanded ready for you to finish however you'd like. Not only do we have 56 different sizes but the manufacturer is also able to make custom sizes! Each Pattern Cut Filter Grille includes a dark blue 1" frame and removable filter door that is held in place with brass thumb screws. 

These decorative wood filter grilles are only meant to be used in the wall or ceiling. Do not use these grilles in the floor.

How to Order Your Decorative Return Air Wall Grate

- Measure the opening in your wall in inches Width x Height.
- In the first drop down menu select your measurement.
Example: If your duct opening measures 24" wide x 12" tall you would order the 24 x 12 wall grate.
Hint: The faceplate of the grille will be 2" larger than the duct. (26" x 14" for the previous example)
-The faceplate is approximately 1/4" thick.
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like the face of you decorative return air grille to have.
Hint: The manufacturer recommends selecting the Maple veneer if you plan to paint your grille.
Reminder: The core of the grille will always be Birch, the wood type you select only refers to the face of the wall grate.
- In the final drop down menu select your veneer selection.

The wood Pattern Cut Filter Grilles have a lead time of 3-5 weeks to ship because they are cut to order. They are also a special order, non-returnable item and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
